LYTE ACADEMY

LYTE ACADEMY is the starting point of every CLUB LYTE instructor and the foundation of everything we teach.

More than a training program, it is an extensive in-house certification pathway designed to develop exceptional Reformer Pilates instructors. Our goal is not simply to teach exercises or sequences. We teach the methodology, philosophy and coaching principles that sit behind every movement, every cue and every class experience.

Throughout the Academy, you'll build a deep understanding of breath-led movement, alignment, biomechanics, precision, mindful coaching, deep core activation and rhythm-based flow. From there, you'll learn how to translate these principles into the unique CLUB LYTE concepts, from the restorative softness of LYTE FLOW to the uplifting energy of PILYTE and the intensity of PULSE x BURN.

The program combines self-study, live education, practical training, mentorship, coaching and real-world teaching experience. During your journey, you'll receive continuous feedback from our education team and Head Coach, helping you refine not only your technical skills, but also your presence, leadership, musicality, communication and ability to create meaningful connection in the room.

Certification extends far beyond the classroom. After completing the Academy training, instructors continue into a guided traineeship where they gain hands-on teaching experience while receiving ongoing mentorship, reviews and development support. We believe great instructors are not created in a weekend. They are developed through practice, feedback, reflection and consistency.

CLUB LYTE is a female-founded, values-led space built around growth, connection and personal transformation. We are not here to create instructors who simply perform a workout. We develop instructors who inspire, empower and genuinely connect with the people in front of them.

We lead with both heart and high standards. We coach honestly, celebrate progress and support each other through every stage of development. Whether it's teaching your very first class, finding your unique voice as an instructor or reaching a new level of confidence and impact, your growth is seen, guided and supported every step of the way.

The next FAST TRACK LYTE ACADEMY is fully booked and will begin in July.
Following summer, we will launch the next regular-length LYTE ACADEMY.
