We love that you want to stay. You’re welcome to take a moment to cool down, shower, or chill for a bit. CLUB LYTE is a space to connect with others, or simply train hard and be on your way. Both are more than okay. We’re holding space for everyone here.
At CLUB LYTE we offer three main Reformer concepts: PILYTE, PULSE x BURN and LYTE FLOW. Each has its own energy, pace and focus, from grounded strength to intense, pulse-based work to restorative flow. FLYTE, our Reformer and trampoline class, is available as a private or duet session on request. You can find all the details on our workout page.
All LYTE classes are 45 minutes. Long enough to create real impact, designed to fit into your day.
Yes. All levels are welcome at CLUB LYTE. Our instructors guide you through the Reformer step by step and always offer options. You can move at your own pace, whether it is your very first time or you are building an existing practice.
Yes, absolutely.
All of our DARQ & LYTE classes can be adapted throughout pregnancy, and in most cases you can continue training right up until your due date as long as you feel well and your healthcare provider hasn’t advised otherwise. Pregnancy doesn’t mean you suddenly have to stop moving. In fact, staying active can be a beautiful way to maintain strength, mobility, body awareness and confidence throughout your pregnancy.
The most important thing is to always let your Trainer know that you’re pregnant before class starts, even in the early stages. As your pregnancy progresses, your Trainer can adapt exercises, positions, load and intensity where needed.
From the second trimester onwards, we take a slightly more conservative approach in our regular mixed group classes. For example, we avoid heavier direct loading of the straight abdominal muscles, and long periods lying flat on your back may become uncomfortable for some women. If anything feels uncomfortable, dizzy, breathless or simply “off”, let your Trainer know straight away and they’ll give you an alternative.
You can still join RIDE, STRENGTH, BOOTY, BARRE, PILATES, PILATES x STRENGTH, PILYTE, LYTE FLOW and PULSE x BURN during pregnancy, with modifications where needed. We also offer our dedicated Mommy & Me Reformer classes @ CLUB LYTE, specifically designed for pregnancy and postpartum training. These classes have more individual guidance and give us more room to tailor exercises to your stage of pregnancy and how your body is feeling that day.
If you prefer even more personalised guidance, we also offer 1-to-1 pre- and postnatal Personal Training with our Founder, Julia, who specialises in training during and after pregnancy. Simply send us an email or WhatsApp message and we’ll arrange a no-obligation introduction meeting with her, so you can discuss your situation, goals and what kind of guidance would suit you best. There’s absolutely no commitment required afterwards.
Every pregnancy is different, so if your doctor, midwife or other healthcare provider has given you specific restrictions, always follow their advice. Otherwise: keep moving, listen to your body, communicate with your Trainer and let us help you adapt along the way. 🤍
You can, as long as you listen to your body. Reformer work activates a lot of deep stabilizing muscles, so recovery is just as important as effort. If you stack sessions, choose combinations that feel supportive rather than draining.
Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene, so make sure to bring a pair. If you do not have them yet, you can buy them at the studio. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and bring your water bottle. We provide towels, premium equipment and all props needed for class.

You can cancel through the website by logging in. Or, even better, via the app. Just make sure to cancel on time. You’ll find all the details of our cancellation policy under FAQ ‘Credits & Memberships’.
You can book up to two weeks in advance.
You can book a maximum of 2 classes per day. This applies to all DARQ, LYTE and COMBI Memberships, as well as Credit Packs.
You’re very welcome to book two classes back-to-back if you’d like.
We keep the limit at two as part of our fair-use policy. Booking more than two classes in one day would often mean holding spots that could otherwise be used by someone else, while two classes already gives plenty of flexibility to combine different concepts.
So feel free to mix it up, for example RIDE + STRENGTH or PILYTE + LYTE FLOW, just keep it to a maximum of two bookings per day.
Be mindful when booking within the cancellation window. If you cancel too late, even if the booking was just made minutes before, the system will still deduct your credit. If it was truly accidental, just send us a WhatsApp at +31 6 34 64 06 84 or e-mail at info@clublyte.com and we’ll fix it for you.
Yes, if you have a valid reason that you missed class, you can. If the class right after still has open spots, just drop by the club and explain the situation to our team. If there’s room, we’ll happily let you jump in, free of charge.

Yes, easily through our website or app. Please keep our 12 hour cancellation policy in mind.
Need to cancel? No problem.
Just make sure to do so at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit.
Running late or can’t make it? We get it,life happens.
If you cancel within 12 hours or miss your class, the credit is forfeited. This helps keep spots fair and available for others.
Late arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts, as check-in officially closes 5 minutes before the session begins.
We keep these final 5 minutes as a short grace period, giving our team just enough time to quickly assist you and get you settled before the doors close.
Once class has started, we’re unfortunately unable to let you in. A late arrival doesn’t only interrupt the flow and focus of the class, but can also require the instructor to pause, repeat instructions or help someone get set up while the rest of the group is already moving.
We want every member to be able to fully switch off, stay present and enjoy the class without unnecessary interruptions. Thank you for helping us protect that experience for everyone. 🤍
Rules for Unlimited Members
• 3 late cancellations within 3 months = €15 fee
• 1 No-Show = €15 fee
Unlimited means flexibility, not invisibility. Please book classes you can commit to. Showing up matters, for yourself and for the community.
No Show & Late Cancellation fees
No Show and Late Cancellation fees are processed automatically by our system. To make sure your attendance is registered correctly, please always check in using the QR code in your app at reception.
After scanning, please check that you see the confirmation screen saying: “Welcome, you’ve been successfully checked in.”
If check-in doesn’t work, please let your Trainer or Studio Assistant know before or directly after class, so they can check you in manually. As we’re unfortunately unable to reliably verify attendance afterwards, we can’t reverse a No Show fee if your attendance wasn’t registered at the time.
You can cancel your Membership at the end of your agreed contract period. Only our UNTIED Membership has no fixed commitment period and can therefore be cancelled at any time, while keeping our 4-week notice period in mind.To cancel, simply send us a clear email at info@clublyte.com.
A 4-week notice period applies to all Membership cancellations. Memberships always end at the end of a Membership Period and cannot be cancelled halfway through a period.
You’re also welcome to send us your cancellation well in advance and let us know from which date onwards you’d like to stop. We’ll then confirm the first possible Membership end date on or after your preferred date, based on your Membership periods and applicable notice period.
Memberships can only be paused in exceptional circumstances, such as long-term illness, injury or pregnancy. We may ask for reasonable supporting documentation. Please contact us and we’ll review your situation.
We have our very own CLUB LYTE app, available in the App Store and on Google Play. Just search “CLUB DARQ & CLUB LYTE,” download, and you’re ready to ride.
