We open 20 minutes before the fi rst class and close 20 minutes after the last one.
Once class starts, the doors lock. Check‑in closes 5 minutes early. For safety, focus, and respect for the crew. Do your best to arrive on time.
We love that you want to stay. You’re welcome to take a moment to cool down, shower, or chill for a bit. CLUB DARQ is a space to connect with others, or simply train hard and be on your way. Both are more than okay. We’re holding space for everyone here.
At CLUB LYTE we offer three main Reformer concepts: PILYTE, FLYTE and LYTE FLOW. Each has its own energy, pace and focus, from grounded strength to uplifting bounce to restorative flow. We also offer PULSE x BURN as a deeper, more intense variation for experienced movers. You can fi nd all the details on our workout page.
All LYTE classes are 45 minutes. Long enough to create real impact, designed to fit into your day.
Yes. All levels are welcome at CLUB LYTE. Our instructors guide you through the Reformer step by step and always offer options. You can move at your own pace, whether it is your very first time or you are building an existing practice.
In many cases, yes, with the right modifications. We generally recommend PILYTE and LYTE FLOW for expectant moms, as they focus on control, breath and alignment. FLYTE and PULSE x BURN are more intense and may notbe suitable for every stage of pregnancy. Always check in with your doctor first, and let your instructor know before class so they can guide you safely. Most importantly: listen to your body. You know it best.
You can, as long as you listen to your body. Reformer work activates a lot of deep stabilizing muscles, so recovery is just as important as effort. If you stack sessions, choose combinations that feel supportive rather than draining.
Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene, so make sure to bring a pair. If you do not have them yet, you can buy them at the studio. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and bring your water bottle. We provide towels, premium equipment and all props needed for class.
Booking is easy. If it’s your fi rst time, head to our schedule, click the class you want, and select the product or membership that suits you best. You’ll be prompted to create an account to complete your booking. After that, it gets even easier. Download our app, log in, and book, cancel, or view your upcoming classes in just a few taps.
Yes. Your account stores your credits and allows you to book and manage your classes. It only takes a minute to set up.
You can cancel through the website by logging in. Or, even better, via the app. Just make sure to cancel on time. You’ll find all the details of our cancellation policy under FAQ ‘Credits & Memberships’.
You can book up to two weeks in advance.
You’re welcome to book as many classes as you’d like in a day. We just ask one thing: only book the classes you truly plan to join. Holding spots just to decide later takes away the opportunity from someone else, and that’s not the vibe. We’re all about showing up for yourself and the community.
Be mindful when booking within the cancellation window. If you cancel too late, even if the booking was just made minutes before, the system will still deduct your credit. If it was truly accidental, just send us a WhatsApp at +31 6 34 64 06 84 or e-mail at info@clublyte.com and we’ll fix it for you.
Yes, if you have a valid reason that you missed class, you can. If the class right after still has open spots, just drop by the club and explain the situation to our team. If there’s room, we’ll happily let you jump in, free of charge.

Credits cannot be extended unless you have one of the following reasons: long-term illness, injury, or pregnancy.
No. Credits are personal and cannot be transferred.
Yes. We offer flexible options, from once-a-week access to unlimited memberships. Visit our pricing page for all the details.
Memberships are billed automatically. Your first payment is completed upon signing up. After that, payments are deducted one week before your new period starts. If the payment fails due to insufficient funds, you’ll receive a payment link. If it’s not paid within 3 days, your account will be temporarily blocked until the payment is complete.

Need to cancel? No problem, just do it at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit.
Running late or can’t make it? We get it, life happens. But if you cancel too close or miss your class, the credit is gone. It’s how we keep things fair for everyone.
Unlimited members:
3 late cancels = €10 fine
1 no-show = €10 fine right away
We’re all about flexibility, but also about showing up; for yourself and the community. Book what you’ll commit to, and we’ll keep the energy flowing.
You can cancel at the end of your contract period. If you want to end it earlier, you’ll need a valid reason such as illness, pregnancy, or injury. We’ll always try to find a fair solution. To cancel, send a clear email to info@clublyte.com. Cancellations must be done 4 weeks prior to the start of your next period. Please note that cancellations via WhatsApp are not accepted.

Wear something you can move and breathe in comfortably. Think soft, supportive, and not too loose so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are mandatory for all classes, for both safety and hygiene. Make sure to bring a pair. If you do not have them yet, you can buy them at the studio.

We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before class starts. That gives you time to check in, store your stuff, and settle in. Check-in closes 5 minutes before class. Especially if this is your first time: please come early so we can show you around and help you get set up.
Come say hi at the front desk and check in. You can check in with the QR code in your app. If it’s your first time, just let us know and we’ll guide you from there.
